  水性聚氨酯地坪是指用聚氨酯地坪涂料结合一种新型无溶剂或水性、无污染的地面功能施工技术。

  适用范围 application

  施工流程application process

  1、基础地面处理：彻底清理表面的灰尘、油污及其它垃圾

  2、水性底涂层施工：将底漆和固化剂按照一定的比例进行加水搅拌，搅拌均匀后进行刮涂或滚涂施工。

  3、水性中涂砂浆层施工：在已配置好的水性中涂中加入填料，配成水性砂浆，用馒刀将其均匀涂布，用于找平、增加厚度及涂层抗压强度。

  4、水性中涂腻子层施工：水性中涂砂浆层干透后进行打磨，用水性中涂配成的腻子，根据实际需要进行数道施工，要求达到平整无孔洞，无批刀印及砂磨印为准。

  5、按照比例将面漆与固化剂混合，搅拌均匀后进行自流平面涂。

  5、Mix the finish paint with the curing agent according to the ratio and mix it evenly for self-flow surface coating.
